The power of connection

Finding "your people" and connecting is very important. Whether it's a church group, mothers' group, playgroup, support group, friends and family. Such connections are good for the soul and help alleviate some of the issues that rise up from isolation such as stress, thinking unhealthy thoughts and addictions. Social connections boost mental health thereby improving one's overall wellbeing.
