Our Mission

Renewed Women Counselling is an online service by women, for women. We cater for women from all walks of life as they navigate different aspects of their lives as women. A typical woman's life involves wearing different hats in a single day; in the home, in the workplace and/or in the community. Sometimes the pressure of it all can make even the most fun things feel like a chore. We are here to help women make sense of what is on their plate and be able to have a great sense of awareness to look out for pitfalls that can affect their mental wellbeing. We provide a genuine listening ear accompanied with unconditional positive regard and allow you to have the freedom to rediscover yourself in a safe space.

The life of any woman is a juggling act. Whether it is at home, at work or in the community, there are many aspects and many titles to every woman. Do you need someone to talk to about transition to motherhood, stress management, depression, body image issues, addictions or any other issues related to being a woman? Reach out.

Moving and starting afresh in a new environment is very exciting but can bring out some unexpected emotions and experiences. Some common issues experienced are: relocation depression, racial trauma, issues with cultural shock and integration, isolation and loneliness. We are here if you need someone to talk to.

As we peel off layers of titles, positions and expectations of other people, we find the core of who you are as an individual, your true identity. You can then operate from a place of confidence as a mother, sister, daughter, aunt, grandmother, friend, in your workplace and in your community, whatever your sphere of influence may be!
